Whichvia ("we," "us"), a product of New Growth Investments LLC, helps you plan deliveries and everyday trips and compare routes by time and cost. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Location — your device location while you are actively using navigation, to calculate routes and estimate time and cost. It is used for the trip and not sold.
• Trip details — the start, stops, and destinations you enter, so we can build and save your routes.
• Account info — if you sign in, your email/name via New Growth Investments single sign-on.
• Basic device & usage data — app version, general diagnostics, and errors, to keep the service working.

How we use it

To calculate and compare routes, estimate time and fuel/cost, save your trips, and keep the service secure and reliable. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We use trusted service providers only to run the app: mapping/routing providers (e.g. TomTom and open map data) to compute routes, and Cloudflare for hosting and storage. Each processes data only to provide its function.

Retention & deletion

You can delete your saved trips in the app. To delete your account and associated data, email info@newgrowthinvestmentsllc.com and we will process it within a reasonable period.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
